same here. i left lights on all the time, when i went shopping i just grabbed what i needed without bothering to check prices. if i forgot something, it was nothing for me to jump back in the car and go back and get it. nothing drastic happened to make me change my thinking, i just looked at all our bills and thought surely i can do better. i went frugal at christmas and im now seeing the benefits. my grocery bills are a little less everytime and my electric bill went down 20 bucks.
