it pays to be persistant
well i have been irritated at my cell phone bill for a while cuz we've been paying toooooo much for minutes we werent using and couldn't use (cant get reception in our town at all) so i went to our provider and told them i saw a rate plan on their website for less minutes that was more suitable for our needs. what did she tell me? "oh that plan expired, its no longer available." why is it still on your site then? "i dont know, i dont know anything about the internet. what you have is the cheapest you can go." so i'm paying nearly $100 for thousands of minutes that i cant use?? "yeah, sorry" needless to say i wasn't satisified with that answer. i called customer service and told them what went on and they told me it was too available, but they had a rate plan even lower then that if i wanted it. my cell phone bill is cut in half now! yay!
