Have you ever cleaned out your fridge and thought, "If I was more organized, I wouldn't waste so much food."

Can I just AMEN here! That is one of my biggest food wasters in this house and I can only blame myself! Mostly it's something that I have misread the date on for cooking and it's gone bad that way.

YES, YES, YES...rings so true...I was doing well the last 2 weeks and then I simly forgot to sit down and plan the next weeks meals. I didn't only waste food, but I had no plan which ended up costing me time and a little frustation.

I'm trying really hard to be aware of what is in the fridge and use-it-up! Sometimes I don't put the fruits & veggies in the drawer because "out of sight, out of mind." If I see it on the shelf, I will tend to use it.
