There are probably about 5 things on the list I don't do. The ceiling fans we don't have, low flow showerhead, carpool, phone card, and rechargeable batteries.

I don't make homemade baby wipes, dh doesn't carpool, but he does ride his bike to work some days, and I think there were a couple more I don't do.

There are 6 things I don't do, most for a reason. I'd say check these ideas out to make SURE they are cost effective for you. In some situations they may not be.
I don't wash in cold water consistently. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Depends how dirty the clothes are.
I don't use rechargeable batteries. I was told they recharge about 4 times and then don't hold the charge after that. They cost 5-6 times regular Duracell batteries if I buy bulk at the electric store in town (20 batteries at a time). It's not a savings for me.
We don't have a free chequing account. We like to keep our finances in Canada with Canadian banks. Free chequing is available in American owned grocery stores and on-line from foreign banks. We won't go there.
I won't use a phone card because I am still paying for long distance...only upfront. I like to pay as I go and I can't get a phone card in Canada cheaper than I can get my calls through YAK Communications.
The one thing I could do is to cook on the stove using a lower heat. I always turn burners to high to heat them up and then turn them down. This is a function of my poor planning for supper. The truth is, I rarely use the stove top these days, so while this will save me some, I'm not sure it will save a lot. More of a winter savings for me.
Good list though!

Unless the label on clothing tells me to wash in cold water... i always wash in hot water. ESPECIALLY TOWELS AND UNDERGARMETS. Washing in cold water does nothing to rid that material of the traces of feces that are present. Actually, if I was a SAHM, I would probably BOIL the undergarmets and towels. lol. My OCD, definitly showing through!
