    Default I hate CC's, BUT...

    I just noticed that I was charged a $39 late fee by MBNA because I paid on line three days late (I clicked the wrong button!)
    So, I immediately called MBNA and requested that they waive the fee and without any runaround whatsoever, they removed it. It always pays to ask.
