Thumbs up article: "End Rebate Hassle"

    http://wishtv.static.worldnow.com/im...Dont-Waste.htm

This guy has a regular feature on the local news- I like his tips & stories.

This article includes a printable form letter to fill out when an expected rebate doesn't arrive.

(EDITED TO ADD:Oops-- it won't let me link directly to that story. It's on the left side of the page, about ten stories down.)

I just sent away a form for a Walgreens rebate. To date I've always received by rebates, but I am nervous about them nevertheless. Good article thanks.

Is that the author guy in the banner at the top of the article? If so, he kind of looks like Eric McCormack (Will from "Will and Grace").

Thanks for the letter. I've done rebates off and on for 5 or 6 years, and I've only had 4 that never showed up. I only keep copies of UPCs and receipts if I think its worth complaining about (I'd write for $20, but not for $2) and I never actually have.

I'm going to save that form letter for the future though.
