You can find great deals at thrift stores. I've found their usually more affordable than consignment shops. Also, thrift stores usually have promotions going on such as half off days.

I bought back to school clothes at a local church fill-a-bag for $5.00 sale. Most of the clothes are brand name, and I will ONLY buy them in great condition (no stains/no holes/etc.)
I don't know how many church consignment stores offer sales like this, but it may be something worth searching for! The church store near me has this sale approx every 6 -9 months (to clean out inventory)Don't Breed or Buy While Shelter Pets Die
