    Default Proud of DH!!

This morning I called to ask DH if he would stop at the store on his way home to pick up a gallon of milk. Of course he agreed. He came home and was proud of his find! He was bragging about how he only paid $2.59 for a gallon of milk! WOOHOO! That was a good find! He said he started to grab the one in the front and then saw a coupon on the one in the back. LOL! So he took that one.

I don't know how much milk is where you live, but here the cheapest is $3.29 a gallon. I know it may be only a few cents in savings, but I thought the whole scenario of him getting the one with the coupon was funny!

Milk is expensive here too. Anywhere from $2.80 to $3.50 per gallon, depending on where you shop. When my Mom goes grocery shopping on base, I go with her and can get milk there for $1.55 per gallon.

WOW! Welcome to Canada! $4.90 a gallon, and gallons come in a bag of three smaller bags. The best thing about that is the ability to freeze two so they do not go bad. Wish it was that cheap here!

WTG!!! I'd be proud of DH too, if he did that.

Milk here is $3.50-$4.50 at the grocery stores, $2.50-$3.00 at convenience stores (loss leader) and $2.19 at BJ's (warehouse club). I'll let you guess where we buy our milk.
