It won't let me for some reason, and when I call the phone number on my statement all I get is those doggone computer assistance. I need to tlk to come one in person to see why this is happening? Also, does anyone do this with Microsoft money?

I pay all my credit card bills online.
I like it because I can log in anytime and pay off some of the debt.
I would go to the website on the back of the card.
I do not use microsoft money or any other program.
I never sign up for auto bill pay either!

Rather than setting up payment on the CC site can you setup bill payment through your bank? I do all my online banking/bill payment at my bank site. I've heard of CC companies doing auto payments even without authorization so I don't give them any of my banking information.

I just recently paid my CO bill online. It went through fine? Is it your first time doing it?

Really? I have not had a problem so far!I've heard of CC companies doing auto payments even without authorization so I don't give them any of my banking information.
I do know there is an option to set up auto bill pay online.
I just like to be in control, so I pay them when I want to.
I did try to pay a Macy's Visa online and they tried to get me to sign up for auto bill pay.
Forget it!
I also found out if I want to pay my auto loan online they charge me $10.00 extra!
Sneaky Chase!
So, some bills still get snail mailed...

I pay all my bills online THROUGH the bank, this way "I" pay them when "I" am ready and for how much "I" want. Have you tried registering all your online bill payments through your bank vs through a companys site? I've never heard of paying your bills on a company site before. Maybe its just me.

I have two capital one cards. The one I can't access online, so that may be your problem. Also, I usually pay all my bills online through my bank. If you have online bill pay through your bank, it's usually free and much easier to use than having to go to each credit card site.

With the bank online payments it is much easier, once you set it up all of your information you need to pay anyone is all on one page. I've even sent one time checks to friends for things I've bought from them.

I have never heard of online bill paying through your bank. What is it and how do you go about doing it? Do all banks participate?

Not all banks offer online billpay, but most large banks do. If your account is with Bank of America or another big bank, just go to their website and there will be instructions for how to set it up.
