Urgent question for Western Canadians regarding Superstore
Well, maybe not URGENT but I do need to know.
Ok, so it's superstore's "dollar days" this week and they have their "thin sliced meat" (lunch meat) on 2/$1. These are 45-55g packs. I was kind of like, meh. THEN i was browsing the coupn zone (i LOVE Superstore's website) and noticed that there's a .25 coupon for a package of the same product. My question is this, has anyone had any experience with using multiple (like we're talking 20) coupons at Superstore? I love deli sandwiches and this meat is actually pretty good at 20 packs @ an average 50g/pack gives me a kilogram of lunch meat for $5 (and because the portions are so small it's PERFECT for freezing because it's just enough for a sandwich) However, I don't want to have to deal with a cashier giving me attitude, what do you think? Also, please respond ASAP as it's midnight here and I'm going shopping in ten hours.
PS, also, kellogs cereals are 2.98 each with a $3 off when you buy three coupon, 1.98 a box."f*** your yellow ribbon, if you want to support our troops, bring them home, and hold them them when they get here" - Andrea Gibson

Wow, I don't think you should have a problem. It has been my experience that the Superstore is pretty cool about all of that stuff. And heck, if they don't want you to use the coupons, they shouldn't provide them -- I'd go for it.
Where is it that you get those coupons, lol? I might need to take a trip to the Superstore myself!

Oo thanks for the head up to check out their new flyer. One thing to note with the kelloggs cereal. Its $2.98 but only for the first two. Just noticed the fine print LOL. I've never done multiple purchases there but unless its posted on the coupon as a limit they should give it to you.
Karen, the coupons are visible on their website at www.superstore.ca However, you have pick them up in store. They are usually on the wall when you enter.

Ok, another interesting point. The coupons currently posted on the website say that they are available in store from sept 3-sept9. Which is odd that they don't run the same time as the flyer.

Yeah, I love that because probably 3 out of four weeks I shop on Saturday and end up getting better sales because I combine them with the coupons from the previous week. I LOVE superstore. And I noticed that about the kellogg's stuff too. I'm going to check out the regular priced cereal and see if it still works out cheaper to buy one reg. price. I really need cereal and I cna't find it on sale anywhere lately!

I have to go to the city on Monday, now I'm definitely going to Superstore. I hate that the coupons are right on the wall in the enterance in Brandon. People are trying to get buy you and your clogging up the pathway with your cart, I wonder if they do that on purpose. Thanks for the heads up and I'm sure the 20 coupons will work out fine.

So, by the time I got there the coupons were actually gone, I though ah, it's still a good price @ .50 each. But then when I cashed out I mentioned the coupon to my cashier (just in case) and she gave me .25/package off! I'd only bought ten though because I thought I'd be paying .50 each. Oh well.

Prairie GIrl, if you have Price Chopper where you are, they nearly always have some type of cereal on sale for $1.97 a box as a loss leader -- this week I think it is Alphabits and Shreddies. Last week we got Captain Crunch and the week before was Cinnamon Life.
