    Default My latest canning adventure

    Been busy this afternoon making squash pickles. They look good--hope they taste good. Trying now to figure out what my next canning adventure will be.

    What are squash pickles? I'm glad they came out good for you, whatever they are!

    My mom used to can bread & butter pickles and dill.... yum. Canning is on my life's list of things to learn.

    I love the bread and butter pickles, too. Never heard of squash pickles. Let us know how they tasted. I'd also love to learn to can.

    I never heard of squash pickles either, but my mil did pickled carrots.
