Default Well it is almost time to take the month off from

grocery shopping. Ok not for everything I will still need to get fresh produce, milk, oj and most likely cat liter. (they seem to think they need it go figure)

Ok I did really good this last week Meijers had a lot and I mean a lot of buy 1 get 1 free items and I had q's for almost all of them. So that was great. Then this week I was looking at the Meijers ad and they have Delmonte fruit and veggies in a can on sale (which I was going to be on the look out for next month now I don't have to) and also a few other items I am going to add to my stock pile because I have q's for them and it makes them really really cheap. Plus if you buy 12 items from Delmonte you get free zip loc container so that is a bouns. YEAH TEAM!!

Then I was going to have to watch for pepsi next month well guess what Target has 12 pks 3/$7 and you get a $5 gift card on top of that so isn't that great so I am going to stock up on it also because Pepsi hasn't been on sale for sometime at a decent price and we are about out of it so I plan to get some of that to.

So next month my goal is to only buy milk, oj, cat liter as needed (I do have 3 jugs right now but I know that will not last all month I have 3 cats). So we will see how well we do next month hope good.

Anyone else do this or am I crazy???

This last month and for the next 2 weeks we are cleaning out the pantry and the freezer. We usually spend about $250-$300 a month. This month I have only spent $155 and I still have enough things to go for a couple more weeks. Sometimes I just like to use it up and start over, I really enjoy stockpiling and look forward to getting started again in a couple weeks. I still may need to pick up a few things like cheese, bread, and fresh veggies.
