Here it's Meatloaf from a friend, orzo salad and slcied tomatoes
Again we are eating up stuff friends and neighbors have brought by. Every time our refrig gets low someone eles stops by and I found out that they have set up s drop off schedule with each other for the next 2 weeks. I've been blessed with truly good friends.

I haven't decided yet, either tomato soup & grilled cheese, beef stew from leftovers in the freezer or chicken stir fry & rice.

It may be soup and sandwich for me and beef stew and homemade rolls for the guys. I can't eat the beef.

Fajitas and they won't be rare. I am making them out of leftover roast beef.

Default Whats for dinner - Monday

Had breaded pork chops from my whole sirloin of pork yesterday and to-day have bbq pork chops in the slow cooker and a roast in my Nesco so will be one or the other for dinner to-day. Rice if we have the bbq pork chops or mashed potatoes and gravy if we have the roast. Am thinking of looking up a recipe for pulled pork, have never made it or eaten it but it sounds interesting.
