Deals in December
What did ya get for a good price in December?
I got....
2- 12 packs coke, and sprite for 1.99 each. Good. I usually get dh shasta because name brand is usually over 3.00!
BOGO Gain laundry detergent!
Crest for 99 cent, lg. tube, bought2
Tide for 4.99 32 load
2 free endtables
2liters pepsi for 66 cents
2 bottles softener for 1.99 its a spanish brand. Suavitel. Its smells the BEST and its thick so I dilute it half n half! I get 4 bottles for the price of two!
and a 5.00 coupon for spending over 20.00!
I only bought the loss leaders
SAVED-$18.02!

Twenty-four pounds of blueberries for $140cdn. That's half our year's supply, at half price what it normally would be. It actually works out cheaper than that, because we had another 20 lbs. arrive in November for free! So 75% off our blueberries!
And yes, we spend that much on fruit a year. We eat a LOT of fruit. Our annual grocery costs are $4300cdn. for 3 people ($360/mth). I keep trying to lower it, but my nutritionist keeps suggesting expensive food.2012 Challenges

Picked up a pair of gorgeous charcoal gray Gap trousers for 8.50 at the second hand store. Just went on line and they are selling for 58 dollars at Gap.com

~ Pork tenderloin -- 3.99/lb. which is a fantastic price around here.
stocked up for us. 
~ Free coupon for a mail in rebate when I buy contact lenses in Jan.
~ Cabbages and turnips -- $0.49/lb. Winter vegetable soup, here we come!
~ Christmas ornaments from my mom -- now I don't have to buy any!
~ $5 for a coupon for $20 worth of motor oil for my car.
~ Received a coupon in the mail today for a free tire rotation and $10 toward an oil change from Speedy. Yay!
I feel like I'm missing something. :S If I think of it, I'll post.
