Default Need ideas on spending a book gift card

I just received an Amazon gift card and I love books so it was the perfect gift. I want to use it to buy frugal books. I already have a little over one book shelf filled with frugal books, but I am feeling the need to pinch every penny that I can. So tell me all of your favorite frugal books and I will research from there what I will buy. The gift card is for $25.00.

    Thanks,

    Auntie

Which frugal books do you have already?

If you don't have the Tightwad Gazette, that's a must have...

Another one that I think is GREAT is Miserly Moms...

I'm with FrugalAlaskan on wanting to know what's already on your shelf. I also second her with The Complete Tightwad Gazette. My other favorite is Your Money or Your Life by Joe Dominguez and Vicki Robin (like I don't say that 100 times a day in here! ha!).

Although I like David Bach and Suze Orman, I don't care for Bach's emphasis on hiring a financial planner. Plus, his "baskets" of money don't make sense when it comes to compound interest. With Suze--if you're read one, you've read them all.

What about books that help you increase your income? A little side business venture or something? Just a thought...!

The books that I have are:

Several Dave Ramsey books -We are FPU graduates
    The Complete Tightwad Gazette
    Miserly Moms
    All of Cynthia Yates books
    A few other frugal cookbooks
1/2 Price Living by Ellie Kay
    Cheap Talk with Frugal Friends
Cut Your Grocery Bills In Half

I am not looking for books to increase my income or in depth financial planning, just every day tips to saving money.

    Thanks,

    Auntie

Two of my very favorite books, after the ones you've all mentioned, are "Frugal Luxuries" and "Frugal Luxuries By the Seasons" by Tracy (Tracey?) McBride. (Mine are loaned out so I can't check the spelling without leaving this post...)

She has a wonderful approach to frugality that includes some of the finer things in life, for next to nothing in cost. I find it refreshing for my spirit to read her books.

    Blessings,

    Michelle

    I thought of one!

"Unplug the Christmas Machine". Excellent for cutting back on Christmas splurging/wastefulness...and getting the focus back on what Christmas is about. The concepts in the books could also be applied to other holidays, birthdays, etc.
