    Unhappy Sad frugal day!

My favorite local consignment store is closing after being in business for over 16 years! I am so sad about this! I think it has a lot to do with health reasons. The really sad thing though is that this is the 3rd one to close down this year! The first one closed down when the landlord got in trouble over shady business, the 2nd one closed due to her hubby wanting her to spend time with her children over the summer (she just hired a few people to cover some of the hours-so I think that there was more to it!).

The more that they shut down- the more I would like to start my own consignment shop! I better start looking into that!

Thats sad but the bright side is that they remaining stores will be getting all the stuff now so you wondt have to go around as much to find the good stuff. We do not have one in our town so I have to drive quite a ways. There is an emplty store front that I keep wishing someone would open one it, I would if I could but money is a big obstical.

I would feel said to if my favorite thrift store closed. I visit there at least once a week and almost always find something.

Definitely think about opening up your own! If there is a way you can get it started, go for it!! I think it would be hard work but a lot of fun.
