Default Just have to tell about my shopping today!

    I am so excited!
I was reading about how some of you have started Christmas shopping and was a little dismayed that I hadn't come across any good bargains to put away for Christmas.
However today I hit a small jackpot. We had to go into the city to pick up some stuff for DH and our local department store was having a 30/50/70% sale. I got 12 boxers (the make that they always wear) for my boys and 2 shirts for DH. The toal should have been around $300 but the total was $115.
    BUT
I paid by credit card (which I pay off every month). Each time I use this credit card for anything I get 'bonus' points for each $ I put on the card. I paid for all of the boxers and shirts with the points. So it cost me nothing.

I love it when that happens. We also use our credit card and get free airline tickets and travel alot b/c of that. We pay our balance in full every month, never pay a $'s worth of interest. It's a great deal for us too.
