i dont know if any of you did this. i did and got charged for three and have only gotten 1!after numerous contacts i have made no one got in touch with me.until today. i emailed and found a number to call. i told them i was going to call the better bussines bureau if they did not fix this. how can you charge months in advanced and not come threw?
the man who called appologised and asked what he could do to make it better. at first he said he would get this new tube sent out and refund me 1. i said no do better. so i am suppossed to get credit refunded on the 2 charged and get this one free. lets see. i told him this better come within a week or they were getting reported. once i get it i will call back and cancel and give them some more of my mind.not very happy. i do duse the stuff. what i dont use i give as gifts.i in no way would spend full price.i wasnt sure if this was the place to post this but i wanted to let everyone who does this and had this happen please call them. let them know you are not going to take this.if anyone needs the number i used let me know.end rant!

There's a lot of those things going on now. Remember that pill that they advertised to heighten your sexual feelings? They were doing something similar. They would take your information for your credit card, but guarantee you you could cancel any further shipments after the free sample. But they wouldn't cancel it, and they didn't send the product either. I believe they had a class action suit against them.

If you check with the BBB, they probably have already had complaints on these people.
