Walgreens Coupon Question

Will Walgreens allow people to use the coupon in the sales paper in conjunction with a manufacturer coupon for the same product? The Walgreens here has a coupon in their sales paper for Progresso soup, 4 cans for $3. I also have a manufacture coupon for 50 cents off 2 cans. Does anyone know if I can use those together?

~You can also use $.?? off 2 coupons on a buy one get one free sale. Took me awhile to figure that one at since I figured I was only 'buying' one and getting the other one free, but it counts as a purchase of two.~

Some stores won't do this, so you're a luck one!

Yes you can. In fact, a few weeks ago I got Walgreen's brand film for like 50 cents a roll because they had a sale coupon for them, plus I used a coupon attached to the packages. I also got Halloween candy bars for like $1 a bag because I used an in-store coupon (from their coupon book) plus I had a manufacturer's coupon.

As far as using coupons for both items in a BOGO sale, more often than not, the items will ring in at half price each, but this is highly YMMV.

That is not true on a B1G1 you can only use one coupon. I work for Walgreens and even though the register will allow it to go through the cashier should be telling you no as you are not paying for the second one.

Before anyone jumps on me. I think you should be able to use the coupon but after getting dragged in by LP over coupon fraud I watch every coupon a customer gives.

In the film case they should have only let you use one coupon. Can use a Walgreens sale coupon - (the ones you cut out) and any other WALGREENS coupon with that. But the dumb registers will let you -- the cashiers have to catch it. Which most don't.
