anyone else have a Flowbee
Does anyone here own and use a Flowbee?
We use it for son and hubby.
It has saved me so much $$$.
A while ago we tried a hair salon again for an event.
The salon haircut was awful compared to the Flowbee cut.

How cool that you have one. I would want one just for the fun of it.

We have one -- I use it on dh, the boys, and my dad -- especially nice for those that are invalid or housebound like dad and dh -- it vacs up the loose hairs.

We dont' have one. Are they that good?
We just have a pair of clippers, so they 3 boys in our house just get buzz cuts! And I just do it in the bathroom, then sweep up all the hair. I don't think we've paid for haircuts in years. I do the kids and DH's, and Dh does mine! He even colors it for me!

We really like ours -- pretty much foolproof, and no mess to clean up like the clippers!

I have been told that Flowbee cuts are very similar to clipper cuts.
I have clippers but never figured out how to use them.
The Flowbee may be more for people like me who need those measure bars to keep you on track.
If you go over the area again and again nothing comes off outside the little protector bar.
If you do well with clippers and dont mind the clean up, then I think the Flowbee wouldn't be needed?
I use the clippers just for the nack shape, right over the ears, and slight thinning over the ears and back.
My guys have thick hair though.

We don't have one but I used to joke that I was gonna get one....glad it works so well! I always cut my kids hair, using clippers on my son. Only once did I 'botch' it.....I just cut it shorter and he didn't mind at all. Sometimes when they come home for Christmas or the summer vacation or something he'll say "mom would you give a good haircut?". I always say, sure.

i used to use clippers on zack's head to keep him from pulling his hair. if he didnt have his hair short then he would pull his hair, rub it under his nose then throw it. merrick has picked up the habit of having his blanket bunched up a little under his nose. kinda wondering if he picked that up from his father.

My mom has one a relative gave her when she was purging stuff. We're all afraid of it as we had never heard of it before. It's been sitting in mom's closet for over 6 years. We joke about it sometimes. Now that I've heard people have good results I might give it a try. (On somebody else first of corse)
