blessings I can share here :)
People in my real life wont appreciate this the way you all would

My hubbies job situation brings many free blessings of food.
Sometimes the items are in bulk but there are also items we get each and every week for free.
Isnt it cool how the little things really do bless us?

I totally agree. Dh's job provides some free food and the company occassionaly gives out coupons that allows the employees to purchase other brands the company sells for free.

I think this kinda stuff is great!
I had a friend who's mom worked for Campbells soup in Texas and she got any Campbell product for cost.....in the company store. Lets just say that her pantry was very fun to visit : )
Sincerely,

It is nice how the little things sometimes are the biggest blessings. I feel blessed that my cups of coffee at work only cost me 10 cents a cup. I feel blessed that people at work bring food treats in to share with others.
I bring in leftovers from dinner for my lunch everyday (sometimes it's just a bowl of soup and crackers) and I feel blessed when someone has baked bread to share, or cake or pies. I brought my homemade cookies in last week and someone thanked me for providing them with breakfast.

I am blessed that DH often gets the reduced items from his store at great prices. I am still using all the laundry soap he brought home for 5.00. And my freezer is full of chicken also bought for 5.00. It really is the little things that make a difference isnt it

When I worked for law firms they would have lunch meetings. The staff could take the left overs when the meeting was over. I usually grabbed lunch about once a week. Those small perks make the job seem so much better!

That is great!
For us, it only happens once a year, but DH's work gives us our Christmas turkey as a gift. So it helps when I have the ILs coming to town for the holidays, and already have a bigger grocery bill - at least the bird is taken care of.

Those small blessings are wonderful. We have a lady who gives us homemade raspberry jam every Christmas. We, in turn, make a shortbread cookie filled with raspberry jam and give some to her, as well as get our own Christmas cookies out of the deal. It's great!

I love these blessings too! We just got a box full of jarred and bottled stuff from my hubby's work. He works in a glass factory and they give each of the workers a box at the end of the year. They get the filled jars from the companies that use their glass. It is so cool, we look forward to this each year. My oldest son worked at a pizza shop when he was in his teens. At the end of the night there would be pizza left that someone ordered but didn't pick up. He would get to bring that home. All the other kids loved when this happened because we would get a treat. The second oldest son worked and a coffee shop and they sold bagels. They always made fresh for each day. They were throwing them out when he asked if he could have them. He would bring home so many that we would share them with the neighbors and freeze some. We have a man that drops off fish from time to time too. We have been truely blessed! Oh and I get my coffee for free too, the second son has his own coffee roasting business now. He keeps us supplied with the best coffee I've ever had!
