    Angry Need to vent

    I am so upset

    On the 14th I ordered some coupons from someone..THEN later either sunday or Monday, I ordered another set of coupons from them..

    Well, about two days ago I received the set I had ordered sun/monday! I STILL haven't received the ones that i had ordered on SAT.

    So I sent an email saying that I wanted my paypal back. See the odd thing was the order that she had sent included one of the items in my FIRST order PLUS two coupons I didn't even order..so I thought she got my order mixed up ...

    GRR so I get an email back saying that it's standard practice to wait 2 weeks for a trade blah blah..but the thing that makes me mad is that the sale is well over now If she'd sent them with the other order I would have had them in time AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!

    Her excuse? it takes longer to cut the coupons from the order i made on sat. WHAAAAT ?? It took her longer than two days to cut them? I AM SO MAD
    I just don't think it's a very nice way of doing trades by not noticing someone ordered from you again..and not trying to combine the order! It would have even saved HER a stamp! UGH

    glad you feel better anyway... My question is why were the coupons not cut first? ofcourse i don't know anything about the coupon trading so i should shut up. Had to do alot of that today. anyway hope it all works out.

    good question heaven..I think that some traders have multiples of inserts filed away uncut, and wait to cut as people order..but still ,man two to three days to cut it?

    But don't ever feel like you should shut up just because you are not familar with something I want your opinions no matter what

    yes you do you can say what happened. I know that if i was the one who was going to do business next i would want to know that she is taking forever.

    Well, I'll give it a shot then

    I did get the envy today, postmarked the 18th! oh my i ordered it on the 14th! AND get this, she didn't have some of the thigns i ordered so she just 'tossed in some extras of something else'

    she should have refunded what she didn't send you IMHO. glad you got it though.

    I mean really, she could have emailed me to find out what I wanted

    your so welcome. hey ten cents is ten cents. I totally agree that wasn't right for her to give you whatever, expecally if you don't use those ones. even if you do she should have asked first.

    I was hoping i'd be 'over it' by now, but as i was shopping tongiht and STILL getting upset over it, i finally sat down and told her a peice of my mind!(in an email)

    I think I might have to delete the email she sends back just so I don't get more worked up then I need to over coupons after all..but SHEWWiiEE!! i feel better telling her what I did

    enough .10 make a $1 and those add up quick! Did she respond? What can she do to make it right for you? Those are the things that I would want to know if I were her. How can I make it better once i messed it up.

    I think a sincere apology from her would be the best thing all in all...and it wouldn't hurt to have the 10 cents refunded..

    I hate getting upset at people, but it takes a lot to actually get me to write an email like I did..maybe I just don't have a lot happening in my life so it seemed like a lot to me

    Did you order from a coupon service, or make a trade with someone? I've been trading coups for about 3 years now- and either way, that is pi$$ poor trading etiquette. If you ordered from a service- they should have sent you only the coupons you ordered and refunded your money for the ones she didn't have. The service I use- sends you a bill with your coupons and I never pay before I receive them. If this was a trade- I'd be complaining on whatever board she's trading on. I always get my end in the mail within 24 hrs, if I can't do that or I realise I don't have a coupon they requested, I e-mail them right away. That's only common courtesy. JMHO!
