I had 38.00 in my wallet and needed to get groceries for at least a week. I surpassed my best expectations and here's what I got.

    - 1 can puritan stew $1
    - 5 packages of ramen noodles @ 5 for $1
    - 1 can of mushroom soup $0.59
    - 6 hamburger patties for $3
    - 6 fast fry pork chops for $6
    - 2 chicken legs back attached for $2.95
    - milk 1 Liter for 1.45
    - box of dare choc. chip cookies $1
    - 6pack of low cal. indvidual juice mixes $1
    - small tub of margarine $1
    -2 loaves of bread @ $1 each
    - pkg. of baby carrots $1
    - bologna lunch meat $1
    - 6 bulk hamburger buns $1.50
    - celery $1
    -3lbs of onions $1
The total for all this at Sobeys was $30.17 Canadian. I had 8.00 left and got even better deals at Zellers thanks to thier buy one get one free deals. Here's what i got at Zellers:

You did pretty well! (When I spend that small an amount usually I walk out with one or two bags, LOL.)

Awesome job. I like that you got veggies, too. Shows that you can eat healthy on a budget!
