Does anyone besides me wear drawers instead of panties
I have made myself 1800's drawers. I am so comfortable in these things that I doubt I will ever go back to panties. Actually what they are are a pair of legs connected to the waistband and ties in the back. You could use velcro but I went with the way the pattern was. I have found that wearing dresses and skirts all the time that they are really handy.

I think your the only one.
But it's great that you were willing to step out of the box and have found something you like.

Nope, never thought of making some drawers. How are drawers "handier" when wearing dresses? One more question, are bloomers & drawers considered the same thing?

dont know what is considered bloomers. drawers that were worn in the
1800's had no crotch. ok..when you sit down there is nothing there to pull down. the fabric that is on the back spreads out as you sit thus leaving nothing to fight with under your dress. I suppose wearing all those pettycoats, dress and apron they had to come up with something that was easy to use.
simplicity #9769 the B pattern does not have a crotch. it is open from about 2-3 inches from the waist up to the back waistband with a ribbon to tie it on you.

Guess some regarded them as the same thing. Who knew?~*Darlene*~

I wear panties. Never had any drawers or bloomers. I'm glad you found something that feels so good to you. Makes you comfortable and makes life easier.

Don't laugh at me, but with them being open-crotched I would still wear panties underneith...otherwise I'd end up accidently flashing some one.

Forgot to add, I am glad you found something that is comfortable and that you like. I have a times been jealous of guys and their boxers, I hate it when panties crawl.

I have started wearing the panties that are girl briefs or "boy short" is the name of the cut. They fit like a cozy comfortable short and they don't show a panty line through my pants. I am thinking of buying more of these when I get more clothing gift cards.

I like boy shorts too...they are my favorite. Back in the day before marriage and children, I use to wear thongs.....oh, those were the days.

I wear thongs during the day to work and as soon as I get home I put on my boy cut underpants. They are divine. Although, I have been known to go without!
