Default Talk about a price increase!!!

I just came back from the grocery store (for the Dutch readers - AH).
    I almost fainted.
Our milk has gone up (the cheapest milk there) from 0.59 cents for 1 liter (about 1/4 gallon) to 0.72 cents for the same package.
The last time I looked was like a week or so ago.
I worked out the price increase 22%!!!!!

Well, I pay over $3.00 a gallon for it (on sale it's between 1.99 and 2.99), so that works out to roughly equal of what you're paying. Hurts, doesn't it? OUCH!

The very cheapest here is $3.50/gallon (most of it is $4.29/gallon or more). We were wanting some chocolate milk so took a peek when we were at the store this evening...on SALE a gallon was $4.99!!!

    I feel your pain!!

It's crazy how everything is getting so expensive. I mean it's milk for goodness sake!

Our milk is outrageous, also. Gas goes up and everything goes along with it.

+I don't get it. Ours is regularly $2.50....$2.99 at most. And this is at Kroger! It's only $4 at the gas stations.

But 35 miles south of you cheapest price @ wal-mart
3.50 a gallon store brand and they have a big sign over the milk to let you know the price
