How much would you pay for an ebook?

Jennifer, it would depend.

how many recipes, author credentials(dietician, nutritionist etc).

There is a lady that already does this, www.savingdinner.com she's got a very successful business. She sends out a weekly menu with shopping lists. She has a budget meal in there, as well as several other types of menus.

I have tried some of her menus(free samples) and they are too southern for my families tastes. But there are some that we liked.

Really, an ebook can be 5 pages or 500 pages. If you had more specifics I'd be able to let you know what I'd be willing to pay.
