I just bought 2 Complete Tightwad Gazettes
I paid $7 for each- but worth every penny.
I plan to give one to each of my daughters as I launch them out.
Best thing ever! It's a timeless treasure even if it doesn't cover modern day things, Amy's invaluable lessons help in all situations

ya knowww.... Even thought I've read the gazeete when it was a newsletter.... and.... I'ver read it when it was in the 3 book series.... I still find more things I hadn't noticed about it!
I am now reading one of the newly purchased books... and I never got to read the 'last issues'.

Great gift to pass on to you daughters.

I'm new to this site and really love it. I got my complete tightwad gazette from my sister. I saw it lying on her table and asked if I could borrow it. She said sure her boyfriend found it at the dump. Then she asked him and he gave it to me. It was in like new condition. I love it. I've read it more than once. Refer to it often. They really should have read it.

I first read this book about 4 years ago when I started my Frugal journey, I'm looking forward to finishing the 2nd of my degree (only 3 weeks left) and then I can have time to re-read it again. When all the media does is talk about recession, recession , recession I think now would be a good time to read it again.
