    Default Favorite Recipes??

I just got the complete 3 set book from Half.com. yay!
Just wondering what are some of your favorite recipes? I was going to try the homemade cracker recipe, has anyone else tried it?

    Thanks!

I tried the cracker recipe and it was a no go for us. All the other recipe's I have tried from TWG have been awesome, but the cracker recipe fell flat...but I'm kind of wondering if I did something wrong when I made them. They were just really bland and didn't have the right "cracker" taste, so it totally could have been me!

I love the cuban bread recipe. I use it at least once a week. I've made some changes to it to fit our family better, but DH uses it for his lunch sandwiches and now gets ticked when I buy store bought bread!

The cracker recipe is awesome!! I haven't tried the w/w one yet, but the one with oats, flour, wheat germ etc. is the one I tried. We rolled it out as flat as we could, added salt (course from a salt mill), rolled it in again, then baked it for 25 min, took off the outside ones that turned a tad brown & kept baking and checking, baking and checking taking the ones that are done out. Today I put them in the kids lunches with peanut butter inbetween and got the request from both (6 yrs old) that it better be in their lunches tomorrow, so I baked up another batch lol. I really like them!! Really good with peanut butter.
