Default Gee.. the time is going sooo slowly today!

    Today the day is CRAWLING!!

I did have to go out. We adopted a new fish yesterday(freebie), and he didn't play so nice with the others, Jack wanted to eat them. (all of them cichlids). So I had to bring him to the pet store, so they could re-home him. He was such a cool fish, nearly 6 inches long, but he though my other fish were for his snack! (ranging from 4 to 8 inches long). So he couldn't stay. He went in the naughty bucket over night and to the fish store this morning. Not one to waste a trip, I dropped off my embroidery machine to be repaired(AGAIN). It was only 5 minutes away. And I came straight home. didn't spend a dime(well on gas I did!!) That took 40 minutes. I have fed, cleaned, did laundry, read. And the day is going sooo slow!

On the upside, we had a little breakthrough with th eneighbors. They haven't really talked to me since shortly after dd4 was born. I have no problem with them, they are just strange. He knocked at the door today. Asked if our puppy got loose as there was a little guy running around. Mine was tyed on the leash in the back(I double checked). But I made sure that tell him I appreciated him checking to see if ours had gotten loose. That was a big step on his part. Always wave and smile, but not many conversations. What is such a big step is he really doesn't like dogs. Has no use, but he was thoughtful to make sure ours hadn't run away.

This not spending money can make a day long..lol. Other than the canner..lol. Ihave nothing I'm even considerring buying. Groceries are done until next week. And thenI think it's only fruit and milk needed.

I'm soooo bored. Going to go find something to organize I guess..lol.

This day is DRAGGING here. School vaca here, which would be fine, but I'm babysitting today for what (I thought) was going to be a short day. I thought her mom was going to pick her up at 2--it's 4:30 and she's still not here!!!

I'm at home..lol. Can do what ever.... just don't want to do anything. Would love to be in the garden, but it's a mud puddle. Thought I'd take out the compost from the bin... it's not ready.

Could weed the flower beds... don't feel like that..lol.

Could give puppy a bath, but she's enjoying rolling in the grass, defeats the purpose, will do it tonight.

I did just do a quick once over on the kitchen. Starting to do the craft room clean up challenge I issued. I'd really like to do some sewing but the room is such a disaster. So that's what I"m doing. No worries, the computer is in the same room..lol. i'll still be posting.

Yup, slow gloomy day here too. All I have done is take DS to school cook dinner, go to post office and pick up DS. Oh the regular straightening up, but not much else.

It's wonderfully sunny outside. But the ground is still mucky from the 1 foot of snow we got last week. ..lol. Puppy is loving it, going to need a bath for sure.

Well for your day creeping by it sure sounds like you got a lot done! I wish the weather was a little warmer here...then I'd be outside playing in the dirt.

Feel better knowing others thought today was moving slowly. Don't know why but it felt as if the bus was moving slowly, dentist appointment seemed endless. Was so glad to get home today.
