Leftover grilled hamburgers
Made too many grilled hamburgers last night, what do you suggest to make for leftovers?

I'd make Salisbury Steak - mushroom gravy & mashed potatoes. The gravy keeps the burgurs from being too dry when re-heated.

crumble them and top pizza, add to salad, add to soup, add to potato salad etc... whatever you would use leftover meatloaf for

Freeze them for a night you don't want to cook.
You know it's going to happen.
Add a pasta salad & you've got dinner.

They will keep up to 3 days in the fridge.
I always make extra burgers and dogs when we grill.
Just heat them up in the microwave and have them for lunch.Debra

Chop them up and make cheeseburger macaroni. Like the post above suggested, cheeseburger pizza is a favorite.

I was going to say Salisbury Steak, also- gravy and mushrooms.
Another idea: I tried a recipe a while back that involved serving hamburgers wrapped in tortillas, spread with refried beans and salsa. That was something different for us.
