Someone who thinks and cooks like me!
I read all about people who do OAMC, I can't make it work. Nor do I do most of what I've found for menus and planning food. If I like their menus, the cooking is too fussy and/or too expensive. If I find recipes I like, it's usually an isolated thing...the chefs I like make expensive food, and I can't afford their recipes!
A friend pointed me to financial site. The lead article today is: 9 tactics for making healthy, incredibly simple, an cheap meals for you and your family. Some of what he talks about, I've done forever. Some I hadn't considered quite that way...But it was interesting!

Great link! I cook more that way than OAMC. I have a few that freeze well, or that prepped but not cooked freeze well, so I do that. But not OAMC. Cook fresh nearly every day!
