    Question Low Sodium Recipes

    Good Afternoon Everyone. Does anyone have any good, cheap, low sodium recipes?

    I just take regular recipes and leave the salt out, then bump up the other herbs and spices for added flavor.

    Was going to suggest cooking from scratch vs using processed / pre-packaged ingredients and flavour packets. (ie ranch powder mix, onion soup mix, blln cubes/granules, taco seasoning, jarred sauces etc)

    I agree, reducing or eliminating highly processed foods would automatically result in a diet that is lower in sodium. Most people who cut the highly processed foods out also report improvements in their health, energy levels, appearance, etc.
