    Default turkey kielbasa in fridge

    I made a soup today using turkey kielbasa. How long is it safe to retain the soup in the fridge for?

    I try not to go more than 4-5 days. If it gets beyond that, I'll freeze the soup in ziplock bags to take to work.

    Soup never lasts that long in my house, but I agree with mndtrp and like the idea of freezing to take to work!

    Well, it is day 4 in the fridge and I haven't keeled over yet, but the Sriracha sauce seems to have run away. If you don't hear from me after tomorrow you know it was the soup did me in.

    Yeah, neither the kielbasa nor the melted electrical receptacle got me. Maybe I should have bought a lotto ticket today.
