Easy Pantry Tuna Noodles
We always have the ingredients for this on the pantry shelves.
2 cans tuna
3 cans creamy soup
1 can of veggies
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 of a 1 pound bag of pasta
crushed potato chips
Use a 2 qt casserole dish. I usually nearly melt the margarine in the microwave. Add 3 cans of creamy soup (mushroom, chicken and cellery, or any combination of). Add 2 cans of tuna and most of the can of veggies (mixed, green beans, peas, whatever sounds good). Mix this all together before adding 1/2 pound of uncooked pasta. Bake at 350 for 30 min. If you are using shells or macaroni you will need to stir it to mix in any uncooked pasta that bubbled to the top. Top with crushed potato chips and bake another 30 minutes or so. Quick, easy, 1 pan and yummy. We serve ours with garlic bread.
