1 slice ham
ground black pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 quarts water
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 (16 ounce) package wide egg noodles
1 In a medium saucepan, combine ham, black pepper, garlic, and 1 1/2 quarts water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
2 Add onion and celery; continuing cooking until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
3 Add noodles, and cook until al dente. Serve hot.

i like ham and cheese rolls (which i will be making)
pan fried ham with grits
ham bone for black eyed peas(for new years)
i also got the biggest ham i could find, i think its 12 or 14 lbs(but its big) and the only way i will have left overs after by brother and sis get done eating
Ham and Green Beans with Potatoes. All mixed in one dish. Can't beat it. All you have to do is cut the ham in cubes, throw in a can or two of green beans and cube up some potatoes. Put it in the crock pot and cook it all afternoon so you have it ready for supper.
