    I was wondering how long homemade mayo will keep.

    It should have the date on the jar. We seldom keep ours over that date because it gets used by then.

    Ooops okay does the recipe say how long you can keep it?

    I don't make my own (yet) so I can't answer it. Hopefully someone else who does can.

    Nope,
    the recipes are on betterbudgetting 101. We use alot so it might be worth it. I'm a tad leary of eggs though.

    Could you contact them at their site and ask them how long they would recommend seeing as its their recipe.

    I was wondering about this myself because I want to start making my own mayo (I'm the only one who uses it so the big jar always goes bad before we use it all).

    All the online recipes I found said you should keep homemade mayo in the fridge no longer than a week:
