I actually have left over sloppy joes in my frig, so I'll be watching this thread!

You could freeze the leftovers and save for another day.

I've also added some cheese and cooked in a pan between 2 tortillas. (quesadillas)
I make quesadillas with alot of different leftovers-
    chicken, spinach, and cheese
    taco beef and cheddar cheese
when I buy pepperoni for homemade pizza, I always seem to have so much left over- and it goes bad before I use it up. Now I use it up to make quesadillas (are they still called quesadillas if their not Mexican style?)
    There's lots of different possibilities
    Hope this helps some

I use the manwich sauce and what I do is instead of using 1 lb of hamburger (which the can calls for) I actually use 2 lbs. It's frugal and I like it better (not so sloppy)

We have also served them over noodles - like a manwich spaghetti. You can also use them as a base for chili beans.

I've added a can of plain tomato sauce & served on pasta. Instant meat sauce, lol
