    Default Used up some leftovers

I was cleaning out the fridge and had just odds and ends of a few things that needed used before they went bad.

    Small container of mac/cheese
    1 large baked potato
    small serving of peas

I took the mac/cheese and blenderized it in the the food processor with some milk- diced up the potato, added in the peas and made a sort of potato/cheese soup for dh and I for lunch.

Added in an apple and we were set.

WTG! That is one way to use up those leftovers. I hate wasting food.
