Wow everything you are making this week sounds good!

What do you do with the kielbasa? Do you mix it in with the pasta salad or just have it by itself?

YUMMY! I love your menus! But can I ask... what's 'mock lobster'?

    mock lobster

    1 Lb. white fish
    2 T. seafood seasoning
    2 qts. boiling water
    melted butter for serving

Break the fish into large chunks. Get the water boiling- add seasoning and fish. Boil for 7-10 minutes, until the fish flakes easily. Serve with melted butter.

Your hamburger potato stroganoff sounds yummy. Are the potatoes in place of noodles or added to it all?

Well, we were supposed to be having chicken enchiladas and homemade chicken soup on the menu but my son forgot to turn on the crockpot and the chicken sat there for hours growing bacteria!

So plan "B" is as follows:

Wednesday: Hawaiian style curry (done in the crockpot and yes I will make sure it is plugged in this time and turn on) over rice, served with a green salad

Thursday: Potato and brocolli soup served with hot rolls

    Friday: HM Pizza

Saturday: Birthday BBQ at a friend's house. I'm providing a big pasta salad.

Hawaiian-style curry sounds scrumptious! Have you posted the recipe on FrugalVillage before? If so I'll do a search for it!

The recipe for the Hawaiian style curry is on the NOR Hawaiin Curry mix package! Yep, I cheated and used a mix because it tastes so good and I stocked up on them on my trip to Hawaii. I have found the mixes here at Winco and the Asian stores.

I am constantly editing myself as the week goes along. Since we decided to eat out (Indian) on Tuesday, we're gonna have the pork chops tonight, and then maybe Chicken Fajitas on Thursday and then the Mac & Cheese on Friday. But of course that could change again!
