Default Easy peanut cookies using 3 ingredients

These are delicious and so easy!

    I cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 Cup Castor Sugar (Very fine granulated)
    1 Egg, lightly beaten

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Roll heaped teaspoons of the mixture into balls.

Place cookies a little way apart on well greased cookie sheets. Slightly flatten each one with a fork dipped in flour to stop it sticking.

Bake in moderate oven for around 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Leave to cool on trays for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.

Julia, can you use regular granulated sugar instead? Those cookies sound wonderful.

I just use regular (not super fine) sugar- works fine.

Julia- I actually made these with my daughter a few weeks ago. She was only 21 months at the time and she was able to help- she poured the sugar and egg into the bowl, helped stir, and helped put the cookies on the sheet. She loves to help in the kitchen and this is a great recipe to start with.

Well I have only made them with what we call castor sugar Sandy but as Kimberly has made them with normal granulated and they came out fine I guess there's your answer!
Shows how easy they are when your little one was able to help Kimberly!
