I put them in the crockpot w/ balls of foil under them, to keep them from sitting in the drippings. Tastes like good roast chicken.

    But not exciting, I fear.

I make these and they vanish quickly. I don't know what they're called.

Cut the chicken breasts up into bite sized pieces and put them into this marinade:
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup chilli sauce
one clove garlic - finely chopped or squashed
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon honey

Leave it for about an hour then thread the chicken pieces onto bamboo skewers that have been soaked for an hour in water (so they don't burn). Cook on a grill or in a shallow fry pan with a little oil added. Turn them frequently to avoid burning (because of the honey) and cook for about 10 minutes.

Serve on a bed of rice with stir fried vegies on the side.

Sate chicken is also popular, here is a link:

I mostly just bake mine and sprinkle either Lawrys seasoning or lemon pepper on them. Not to exciting huh.

Here's some other recipes I've tried.

    *****

    Chicken Dorito Casserole

    4 chicken breast

    1 large bag doritos

    ½ tsp. cumin

    1 cup chicken broth

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

    1 lb grated cheddar cheese

    1 can green chiles

Boil chicken and shred.Line a large casserole dish with doritos.

Layer chicken and chiles, alternating with doritos, ending with doritos.

In saucepan combine soups, broth and cumin, heat and pour over casserole.Cover with cheese

    Bake 15-20 mins @ 350*

    ***********

    Crock Pot Swiss Chicken

    4-6 boneless skinless breasts

    4-6 slices Swiss cheese

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

    1/2 soup can milk

2 cups Peppridge Farm herbed stuffing (I use the crumb one as opposed to
    the
cubed, but you can use either--you could also use another brand)

    1/2 stick butter, melted

Place breasts in crock pot sprayed with cooking spray. Arrange cheese
    slices
on top. Mix soup with milk, pour over top. Sprinkle stuffing over chicken
and soup, then drizzle with melted butter. Cook on High 4-6 hours.
