Chicken Pasta Dish

I made this for our church potluck supper last night and everyone loved it. I loved it because it was easy and relatively cheap.

Chicken Pasta
1 lb. boneless chicken cut into cubes
1 green pepper -diced
1 onion - diced
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
2 cups cheese - shredded
2 cups pasta (elbow, zita, shells etc.)

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
In skillet, cook chicken approximately 5 minutes. Add pepper and onion and cook until done. Add pasta and spaghetti sauce to chicken mixture, mix well. Add one cup of cheese to mixture and mix well again. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and serve.

I cooked it in the skillet but then transferred it to a casserole dish for easier handling since I was taking it to church.
