Leftover hard boiled eggs?

IF (big time "if" there) dh lets there be a left over hard boiled egg, i like to make deviled eggs (i put minced dill pickles, mustard, miracle whip, paprika, maybe parsley in with the yolk, garnis with thin sliced green olive and more paprika) or i like to make chicken salad and add them; chopped up- to the salad (cooked left over chicken; shredded, boiled and cooled pasta, miracle whip or mayo, little mustard, salt, cooked and cooled peas, cooked and cooled diced onionand some chopped up hard boiled eggs- makes us happy...)

When I was a kid, my mother used to make something she called "Eggs Divine" It was just a basic white sauce with the hard cooked eggs sliced into it and served over toast. Really pretty good.
