Default Share your menu plans for the month...

Well seems like we have fallen off the frugal eating wagon and I need to inspire myself back on to a menu plan system. I don't want to have any take out at all for the rest of the month! So can you share your menu to inspire me?

I made a huge ham today-9 lbs- First I cut off a big ham steak and froze it for a quick bbq later. We'll be doing ham with noodles and peas and carrots tonight, chef salads for dh and I for lunch tommorow, black beans and rice with ham tomm. for dinner, grilled chicken boneless thighs with grilled veggies on Tues. then alternate the leftover chicken and ham for the rest of the workweek for stir fry, mexican etc. Trying to keep it easy.
