Leftover beans
I have some leftover Black Beans & Pinto beans. Any ideas for how to use these up? They were canned and have not been cooked, seasoned, etc. yet.

I have a freezer container full of leftovers like that for making homemade soup. When there's eventually enough, dh makes a huge pot of soup using the contents of the container (plus other ingredients).

I love mashed pintos with cheese! Or, you could mash them and put in burritos!

Add your favourite spices to some Olive Oil & Vinegar, (two parts Vinegar to one oil~ is what I use) mix well,
Chill the beans, then toss them in the Oil& Vinegar mixture, serve with salad or Jacket Potaotes.
(With or without a little grated Cheese
