is succotash always cooked?
I wanted to try succotash and have been looking for recipes. The succotash I saw on TV looked raw and all the recipes I've found are cooked. Maybe it's salsa I'm after. Do you know any tried and true soccotash recipes using raw corn, peppers and onions, with maybe some blanched green beans?
