Peach Cobbler

What's your favorite recipe for peach cobbler?

Peach Cobbler Pie

1 large can sliced peaches
½ c sugar
½ stick butter

3/4 c flour (I use self rising)
1 c sugar
1 c milk
1 egg beaten well

Bring peaches,sugar,and butter to a good boil in medium saucepan.
Mix flour,sugar,milk and egg together.
Put flour mixture in an oblong baking dish.
Pour hour peaches over flour mixture.Bake 400* for 25 mins or until brown.

couldn't edit but wanted to say dont drain the peaches.
