Meatloaf recipe

I tried a great meatloaf recipe on the weekend. And it must have been very simple because it actually worked! (I have a very bad record with making meatloaf.) I'm a fairly good cook, but when it comes to meatloaf, I just can't do it right. Anyway, here it is.

Mix 500g mince, 250g ricotta cheese and two rashers of sliced cooked bacon together. Put it in a loaf tin and in a moderate oven for one hour.
