    Default kielbasa

Does anyone have any quick, easy recipies using kielbasa? I have a pound of it in the fridge that I want to cook tonight. I usually just fry it with taters, but that just doesn't sound good to me today.

    Darlene that sounds wonderful!!

I have cut it up and put it in spaghetti sauce, I cut it up and add diced tomatos with peppers and onion and serve it on buns or over rice/Noodles

Kielbasa and sour kraut is another favorite

coming in late but I like it chopped, fried a little or boiled to get rid of some fat, then heated up in ketchup, with a diced onion, crushed garlic clove, lemon juice and a spoon of brown sugar and a pinch of ground ginger.
