Well, buy a package for .20. Their o.k., not great. It's a cheap lunch or dinner though. I think their loaded with sodium so I wouldn't go crazy with them.

they are good...however, I only use half of the seasoning packet b/c if I use the whole packet, it's too salty for my taste.

I have a recipe for a terrific salad that uses the noodles- I just need to find it- I'll get back to you.

The noodles are high in fat, and the seasoning packet is super high in sodium, but I do like them.

Well they are good and cheap, I personally dont eat them but my kids love them, I make them with a sandwich or something and the kids are content.

They are high in sodium though so be careful, my suggestion dont use the whole pack of seasoning unless they compplain there's not taste.

There cheap and some people like them. The only time I really like them is when I'm sick, really quick and easy when you don't feel good. I think the high sodium content helps me , I drink more fluids.

Very high fat and high sodium, but if you want the really GOOD ones, you should go to a store that specializes in Asian cuisine. Top Ramen will taste like garbage after you've had "real" Korean ramen soup!! I think they are soaked in palm oil or some saturated fat source that makes them taste sooooo good!

Raman noodles are a great no-brainer dinner. I usually fix them for the kids when hubby isn't home, and I'm feeling extra lazy. To stretch out a stir fry I sometimes add a couple packs of the cooked noodles and my boys love it that way. I've also had the cabbage raman salad and it wasn't too bad.

If you want to use them in stir-fry, a more healthy alternative is to buy the somen noodles that you can usually find in the Asian section of your local grocery store. Just boil them as directed, then add them in to your stir-fry. I like the taste of those in stir-fry much better than ramen. If you've ever had yakisoba, that is the taste you'll get.

They have an almost chicken broth/liption rice flavor. Very salty. I like 'em. I make the whole packet & drain most of the water. I like them more noodle-ey than soup-ey. The kids like them, too. They're filling & super cheap....easy for kids to pop in the nuker.

Recipes....I usually just eat 'em plain, but I've heard of people using them for all sorts of things. Add meat, frozen veggies, etc. I think you'd want to try them before you could get an idea of what would be good with them.

Hey, $.20...give it a try. I personally like all flavors except beef....I'm not a big fan of the beef boullion flavor.
